To add a project to the list, you must be a member and signed in.  If you are not a member, and have a project you would like to add, please send an email with the particulars to the site administrator

For members: To add your project to the list, perform the following steps:

1. Locate the project District's Add your project block. 
2. Position your mouse over the down arrow, select Add new announcement. 
3. The Edit Annoucements page next appears.
4. In the Title box, enter the name of your project.
5. Check the Add Date box if you want the current date included after the project name; otherwise clear it.
6. Enter the information about the project in the Description area using the built-in text editor. For a consistent appearance, please use the Verdana font face.  
7. For the Link, select None if there is no other source of information you wish to provide a link to;
8. Otherwise if there is an external resource, select URL and enter the URL of the external resouce, or;
9. If there is a file you want to link to, select File, and follow the instuctions to upload the file.  Please use the Member folder to store your file.
10. Deselect all of the optional Link checkboxes.
11. Optionally enter a date in Expires box, if you want the project announcement to cease appearing on the site after a particular date.
12. Leave the View order blank.
13. Select Update to finish adding your project.

For Members, to edit or delete an existing project on the list:

1. Click the pencil icon next to the desired project.
2. If editing, on the next page make the desired corrections and when finished click Update at the bottom of the page.
3. If deleting, confirm that the entry on the page is the one you wish to delete.  If so, click Delete at the bottom of the page.
