WSP is currently initiating a search for an ITS Practice Lead for our Philadelphia office. The successful candidate will lead and grow our local ITS program for roadways, transit, and airport projects in New England and work closely with our national and regional ITS practice leaders. This individual must be able to demonstrate technical leadership, and an established career in the transportation engineering field with focused experience in ITS and traffic engineering. Candidates must have a solid understanding and experience of various aspects of traffic and ITS methodologies and procedures. This individual will collaborate with ITS and traffic leaders for overseeing complex ITS design projects, including but not limited to; preparation of ITS Systems Engineering and Concept of Operation for computerized traffic control devices, all electronic tolling facilities, CV/AV/CEAV/V2I design and deployment. The successful candidate(s) will work as part of a dynamic team on the delivery of projects, helping to develop and meet financial goals, and contribute to business development activities that support the overall growth of the company.
